Wilton Mall opened in 1990 to capture Saratoga race-season traffic. By the mid-1990s a Time Out arcade near Dick’s Sporting Goods buzzed with Tekken 3, ticket cranes and Wednesday “Quarter Mania” specials. The unit closed circa 2012 when the wing was re-tenanted for dining.
